CallTekky.com Terms of Use and Services

By Clicking AGREE or by using the CallTekky SERVICES, either through A FREE TRIAL or AS A PAID SUBSCRIBER, you agree to the below mentioned TERMS AND CONDITIONS, governing the use of online services offered CallTekky.com, A DUBAI BASED COMPANY (HEREAFTER “CallTekky”) accessed through CallTekky.com (THE “SITE”)

Account Information and Data

CallTeKky does not own any data, information or material submitted for the Service. You are entitled for the sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all Customer Data, and CallTekky shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any Customer Data.

Intellectual Property Ownership and Confidentiality

The copyright, patent and any other intellectual property right pertaining to the customer, and to all related equipment, Software, repair processes, or services shall at all times remain the absolute property of the customer. CallTekky or service providers may not reverse or engineer any equipment, Software or other materials received from customer nor permit a third party to do so.
The product or service will keep confidential, and protect from unauthorized use and disclosure all confidential, proprietary and trade secret information, all tangible items and software containing, conveying or embodying this information, and all information derived from this information (collectively, “Proprietary Information”), which is obtained, directly or indirectly, from customer in connection with the Agreement.
Support team may use Proprietary Information only as necessary for service performance under the Agreement, and may disclose Proprietary Information only to those of technical or service employees who need the Proprietary Information for this purpose.

Billing and Payment of Fees

Accessing CallTekky is free of cost, and you shall be charged only on the use of listed services. You are liable to make the payments on given in accordance to the fees, charges and the billing terms of the provider. Only payment towards the service access shall be paid in advance where as other charges as per the quotation.
Every payment obligation is not cancelable and each amount paid is nonrefundable. Any discrepancies with the issued bill shall be resolved upon contacting the customer care in writing within a 7 days of the invoice date, which consist of the amount requested to receive an adjustment or credit, if eligible. You agree to provide CallTekky with complete and accurate billing and contact information.
CallTekky’s fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of above said.

Internet Delays

Teamsupport’s services may be subject to limitations, delays or any inconvenience arises with the use of internet and electronic communications and are not responsible for any such delays, delivery failures or damages caused out of it.

Supported Technology

The Support Plans comprises of online support services and on-call or onsite technical support services for all Microsoft platforms, devices, operating systems, applications and other items listed on the online PC Support website. With the advanced technologies, Online PC Support will bring its best efforts to provide many of the requested support.

Our Responsibilities

CallTekky brings the best efforts to resolve customer requirement with the most advanced technology. CallTekky pursuit to resolve every technical complication with high end professionalism and deliver at reasonable cost in stipulated time, with consideration to the circumstances and nature of the technical dilemmas. Live and online or onsite response time may be delayed or varied from one to other service subjected to necessary research and inquiries. Technical complications around software or hardware errors may not be correctable or may be challenging to resolve by telephone or online or onsite support.

Repair Services and Parts Replacement

Every cost incurring on repair services and parts replacement is subjected on the customer and each replaced and repaired parts are supplemented with a warranty of 30 days with effect from purchase or service date.

No warranties

CallTekky Support plans, The CallTekky WEBSITE ( including all information and products that are referenced or linked to online PC support website) and all other information, documents, products, software, downloads, repair services, advice, and information provided online PC support and any of its third party product or service providers are provided “ AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, either express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Online PC Support is not liable for any errors, omissions other inadequacies in the membership services.

Repair Time

CallTekky will produce best efforts to repair the equipment within the estimated time, but does not guarantee that a repair will be completed within a specific period of time. CallTekky shall not be liable for any failures or delay in service caused beyond control. CallTekky reserves the right to refrain from providing the repairs or services ordered and instead refund customer’s payment at its sole discretion.

Pick Up and Drop Devices

Pick up of the equipment or devices shall be provided and drop off in the stipulated time shall be done upon the Customer requests, which add an additional charge of pickup and drop off. Any serviced product left uncollected for 30 days after the repeated reminders, shall be abandoned and disposed in accordance to applicable law. Any damage or claim on abandoned property shall not be valid as you agree the same in the contract signed prior to the beginning of the service, which also state on to discard or recycle the equipment or device at the sole discretion of us.

Data Backup and Recovery Services

CallTekky will perform data backup at any situation during repair, which demand so and a minimum fee of AED 200 will be charged upon a limit of 2 GB and additional 50 AED will be incurred on every further GB of data.

Data Loss

Prior to the servicing of any customer equipment, the customer shall agree that he/she is responsible to:
(1) Backup all data, software, information, or other files stored on customer’s computer disk drives, peripherals, MP3 player, DVD player, camcorder, digital camera or on any other electronic storage device
(2) Remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film, or other media from customer’s product, as applicable.
CallTekky or the service providers are not liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration, corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film, or other media in the equipment or device.

Unclaimed or Abandoned Devices

CallTekky and the service providers will bring the best of us to contact you when your product and/or service repair is completed. Followed by 30 days of service completion, CallTekky will declare the product abandoned and shall sell the product to recover cost associated with diagnostics, parts and labor for repair.
Authorization: I authorize CallTekky technician(s) to perform repair work on my electronic device. I understand that repairs or technical support performed by CallTekky may void manufacturer warranties, especially in the case of smart phone device repairs. CallTekky and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided but may, at its sole discretion offer its own warranty on the parts and/or services performed.
